Meet Max
Our founder, Max, grew up in Ukraine spending much of his childhood alongside his grandfather, a skilled contractor and handyman. From a very young age, Max was fascinated by building and creating things with his hands.
Like many young people, Max wasn’t entirely sure what career he wanted to pursue after high school. He attended college and earned a degree that prepared him for a career in tax law enforcement in Ukraine. After graduation, he began working in the field, but something was missing. His passion for building never faded.
About twelve years ago, a childhood friend who had already settled in New Hampshire recognized Max’s love for construction and invited him to join him in the United States. Max took a leap of faith, a decision that would change his life. Although he was entering a new country and a new industry, construction already felt natural to him. The skills, work ethic, and attention to detail he learned from his grandfather provided a strong foundation.
Over the years, he gained extensive hands-on experience in residential remodeling, window replacement, door installation, and exterior home improvement. Today, Max is known for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to doing every job the right way, treating every home as if it were his own.
Meet Svitlana
While Max leads the installation and construction side of the company, Svitlana manages the daily operations of Best Choice Windows & Doors. Svitlana manages and operates our North Hampton showroom, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming experience and personalized attention. Whether you’re stopping by to see window and door displays, discuss your project, or review product options, she is there to guide you through the process from start to finish. As the showroom manager, she oversees customer service, scheduling, estimates, contracts, marketing, social media, and day-to-day business operations. Her passion for organization, communication, and customer care helps make every project smooth and stress-free for our clients.
